Running a company is never easy, there’s always competition not only in the market place but also within your own company’s culture. Sometimes by design but more than often from over ambitious employees.

If competition doesn’t eat your company then these 8 Company Killers will.

  1. Lack of belief
  2. Lack of systems
  3. Lack of support
  4. Lack of values
  5. Lack of energy
  6. Lack of cash flow
  7. Lack of sales
  8. Lack of care / customer service

In a previous blog I wrote about the importance of having a strong vision for the the leaders of a company. What I forgot to mention was that the vision must also be compelling. Having a compelling Vision is akin to the powerful and ever pervasive force of gravity.

It’s an ever present pulling force that keeps people focused, makes them determined to succeed when everyone else wants to throw in the towel and head home.

Be sure to turn any lack you might have in your business to abundance. The way to create abundance is to empower yourself with positive thoughts and clear actions.

Every entrepreneur faces challenges daily and hourly to get their business moving in the right direction. They must thrive on stretching their mindset, belief set and skill set beyond their current set points. This willingness to go head first into the unknown, making decisions with limited intel, pushing past their own conditioned belief system is what makes or breaks an entrepreneur.

Either you’re all in or your not in at all.

Is it easy? No –  Is it worth it? Most say “YES” No regrets in life should be your default mode.

I’m not saying to make dumb and life threatening decisions. But you should be putting yourself in situations where you’re risking at least your reputation.

One of the best definitions of successful person is…Someone who’s doesn’t care what other people think about them.

You may not agree with this definition but it’s definitely worth thinking about.
