Call it what you want, Dream Maker, Entrepreneur, Opportunity Creator, whatever name you put on it it all boils down to one elemental truth and that is someone who refuses to sit back and wait for things to happen, refuses to stand by and watch things happen they are the people who put their skin in the game and push and prod to “Make Things Happen” who are the real heroes in today’s society.
If you’ve got access to the internet and a device whether it’s a smartphone, tablet or computer. The ability to connect, to share and offer value then you have the ability to “make things happen” in the marketplace, for yourself, for your cause, for your family, for your colleagues and your society.
We are living in one of the most amazing times and all we have to do is pick a dream, pick a cause, pick a project and go for it!
Get started and don’t give up. Sure it may not take off all at once but build it, finish it and put it out into the marketplace and say… ”look what I built, Look what we did? We’re proud and excited to share our creation with the world.”
Then get busy on your journey to continue building, creating, learning and growing.
There are no excuses left for us to complain about. How can you say someone is holding you back or you lack something? We all lack something but as long as you have some energy and can communicate your thoughts and share your actions you can “make anything you want to happen.” You have the power and all you need is the energy and passion to push it through.
Sure there will be dissenters, those that complain or point out the flaws in your project, product or service. Learn to take it as positive that you have disrupted the market enough for someone to notice. Critics are good at pointing out flaws; they are not good at creating positive outcomes. That’s your job.
Have fun, enjoy the journey, create havoc and Make things Happen!! Repeat again and again!!
