If getting fit and staying fit were so easy then everyone would be doing it. Here’s a short video that explains my philosophy on how you need to first start with a simple honest commitment to yourself and then let your “why” keep you motivated.
It’s no easy task but the “feel good” rewards and the knowledge that you can trust yourself to stick to a regimen is well worth it.
