Dust settles on everything. It collects faster than you can ever notice. It’s a never ending task to clear dust off of anything and everything non-active on the planet.
If it’s not moving then inevitably dust is gathering. The only way to keep dust from overwhelming it’s object of desire is to have a daily duster sweep over the surface. One who can look after said object of desire and give it daily attention.
From another perspective, dust settles on relationships that are non-active. Dust collects and weighs down on our goals, ambitions and dreams if we’re not careful.
This type of metaphorical dust in and of itself is not bad or harmful. It’s just that we should be vigilant in our daily attention and awareness about the people, places and things that are precious to us.
Live meaningfully, work meaningfully and make sure you keep a duster handy for your objects, relationships, goals and dreams.
Don’t let dust have the last laugh. That’s reserved for you and you only!!
So dust off your boots, get on your bike and keep riding towards that amazingly meaningful sunset.
