5 Signs You’re Hitting a Growth Spurt

You know for sure your hitting a growth spurt when you can tick off these 5 signs:

  1. People are noticing you and making comments that you don’t normally hear.
  2. You find yourself saying “no” to new meetings, offers to meet for a coffee and impromptu get togethers.
  3. You’re running out of bandwidth, raw materials, stock, time but mostly time.
  4. New ideas keep flooding your mind including your sleep.
  5. Your physical and mental energy is elevated to higher and higher vibrations.

What to do when you’re fortunate enough to be in this position?

  1. Hold your nerve and maintain your focus and pace.
  2. Prioritize, Prioritize, Prioritize, What’s your end game? Who are you with? What are you doing? What are you most proud to have accomplished?
  3. Get a coach or a mentor who’s been through a similar experience and pick their brains on delegation and scaling up.
  4. Look after your finances and don’t assume that your growth will continue or that cash flow will continue at the same trajectory.
  5. Keep building on your vision and share your success. Especially with those that always believed in you and encouraged your when you first started out.
