3 Steps to Higher Productivity

Have you ever wondered how the pro’s keep producing week after week, month after month, year after year? Do you often find yourself scratching your head and thinking, “how is so much productivity possible from just one person?

Often these massively productive people have teams behind them, however, they still need daily focus and management to acomplish their finished products and completed projects. 1. Priorities are everything

First thing each day make a list of your daily priorities. These are the most important tasks that must be accomplished today. These “to do’s” must be taken care of first before you check your inbox, or go on social media. Don’t allow other people’s agendas take away your focus from your most important priorities.

2. It’s all about The People

Secondly, make a list of people you need to reach out to today. These are people you need to touch base with no matter what. They could be colleagues, clients, complaintants or new business contacts. You name it. These people must be reached today come hell or high water!

Next, make another list of people you’re waiting on to get back to you for some reason. These people could be holding you back from moving forward on your current projects. They could be the key to solving some current issues or challenges you might be facing.

3. Completed Projects makes your world go round

List the projects you’re currently working on and below each project title list THE TOP THREE things you must do in order to push these projects forward.

Practice doing this every day in a spiral notebook for thirty days and I promise you will be 35%-55% more productive than before.
