How to Enjoy Your Life

First and foremost, I implore you to learn to get into the habit of slowing things down each day. When I say slow things down, I’m talking about the stream of thoughts running through your head at a constant lightning speed.

It would be impossible to figure out how an engine works by attempting to watch it roar at 1000 rpms. In order to understand the workings of a fast moving mechanical device, you would need to record it’s operation and then play it back in slow motion.

The same goes for your own life and learning how to Enjoy the Life Your Living. How do you remind yourself to “Pay Attention to The Beauty Around You?”

There are so many little, beautiful moments happening all the time each and every moment of every day. Are you aware of these moments and are you aware that they are your life?

They are all you have and all you will ever have. How you feel about these moments and your response to all your daily interactions will determine whether or not you will have any regrets later on; regrets about how you’ve chosen to spend your time or regrets about how you’ve treated people around you on a daily basis.

There will always be those who are willing to forsake the beauty of the world in order to dominate their profession or attempt to dominate other people. It’s important to know and understand that these people haven’t yet discovered their inner light or their own personal power. The question is… Are you one of these people?

Both are the same side of a coin in my opinion, as one can’t exist without the other.

We all possess equal power and dignity. The question is whether or not we recognize this light within ourselves.

When you learn to be cognizant of your own personal power of choice and attention then you will know what I’m referring to and you will Enjoy Every Waking Moment of Every One of Your Days!

Wake up! Live it! love your life and you will have enjoyed all your moments and left the world a better, happier place.

Cheerio!

Exactly the advice my psychiatrist and therapist have told me!!!
Pam, therapist, has been teaching me breathing techniques, gratitude for the positive and in the negative, and thinking of my favorite things in times of chaos.
Belly Breathing is a technique Pam taught me that actually activates the vagel (sp?) nerve that aids in relaxing!!
During Belly Breathing you focus on slowly expanding just your diaphragm/belly due to the relaxing effect of the vagel nerve! Breathe in for 4 countries, hold for two count, and blow out through the mouth for four counts!!
You have learned from life and experience much of what is taught to Licensed Social Workers, Medical Doctors and Doctors of Psychiatry!!!
Thank you for your timely advice!
